   OUR QUALITY STANDARDS

  • We manufacture Current, Voltage & Control Transformers confirming to IS-2705, IS-3156, IS-12021 / 11171 IEC-60044-1, IEC-60044-2 standards. If required we make these conforming to relevant British / American / any other National Standards.

  • Type testing is done at ERDA - Baroda , an Internationally recognized Testing Laboratory.

  • Type Test Reports are revalidated periodically.

  • Facilities for carrying out all the Routine Tests are available 'in-house' .

  • Routine Testing is done on 100 % basis at semi-finished stage and also on finished products.

  • Routine Testing is substantially computerized and test results are preserved for 5 years.

  • A certificate of compliance is issued with each lot dispatched.

  • Inspection & testing of incoming raw materials magnetic steel, copper wire &  insulating materials is done on random sample basis.

  • Material is sourced only from recognized , reliable manufacturers and their routine test certificates are obtained & preserved.

  • Quality Assurance Plan is made and available for each item manufactured.
